Tributes Paid To Dublin Restaurateur Following Shock Death In Spain

Tributes are being paid today to Dublin restaurateur Keith Richard Lawless, who tragically passed away during a holiday in Spain.

Lawless was best known for running the popular Dillinger’s restaurant in Ranelagh, which closed at the weekend as colleagues came to terms with the devastating news.

“RIP Keith Richard Lawless. Our colleague, a son, a brother, a father and friend to many. Legend,” read a post to the Dillinger’s Twitter account.

The circumstances surrounding Lawless’ sudden death are not known but it is believed he fell ill while holidaying with friends in Barcelona.

The 43-year-old had a seven-year-old daughter, Teaghan, and was described this week as a “pure gentleman” and a role model in the restaurant industry.
