The Irish Navy have taken some time out from their stellar rescue work in the Mediterranean to bring us this phenomenal video...
From one mission to another, the gang on the L.É. Samuel Beckett are encouraging everyone to get involved in their Movember campaign.
Sure there they are working away, scrubbing toilets and making dinner whilst having an ol' sing-song.
