PICS/VIDEO: There Are Huge Tailbacks On The M50 Right Now After This Car Burst Into Flames
Avoid the area if possible
There are still "heavy delays" on a southside section of the M50, after a car burst into flames earlier on this afternoon.
The incident occurred between junctions 14 (Dun Laoghaire) and 15 (Carrickmines/Leopardstown) on the southbound carriageway shortly after 12.30pm.
It was brought under control by emergency services, but then ignited again, causing further delays as emergency services had to return to the scene.
