While you may have noticed how mild it has been the past few days, temperatures are set to plummet this evening, as Met Eireann predicts that lows as chilly as -3 are set to take over Irish nights.
However, Accuweather disagrees with this, arguing that lowest temperatures hitting only 3°, but feeling like -1°.
Silver linings, eh?

Met Éireann are also warning motorists to be wary of frost while driving, as patchy drizzle and cold temperatures can allow roads to become very dangerous territories.
Mostly dry today, patchy frost further W. to begin. Winter sunshine, staying dull in N.&NE, patchy drzl. Cool, high 6 to 8C, light SE breeze
