Watch Conor McGregor Perform The Training Routine That Won Him The Featherweight Title

Fox has just released footage of Conor McGregor's training routine prior to his victory over José Aldo last December.

The video sees McGregor carry out balance exercises as directed by his 'movement coach' Ido Portal in order to achieve mastery of his body.

While some of this footage will be familiar to the fans of the mouthy MMA fighter, there's still plenty here to enjoy. 

In 11 days we'll see if the Irish featherweight champ will have it takes to snag the lightweight belt from Rafael Dos Anjos, or finally be knocked from his pedestal.
