Our pals at Littlewoods Ireland sent us this nifty little infographic, absolutely jam-packed full of cool facts and stats about how Ireland has done at the Eurovision down through the years.

We once ruled the roost in terms of cheesy pop and catchy tunes, but now all of that seems like a distant memory… Luckily the “winning formula” in relation to what makes a winning Eurovision performance is found in this piece too.

The Eurovision Song Contest is taking place in Sweden this year, and will be broadcast live from RTÉ One on Saturday May 14 at 8pm.
