Piers Morgan rolled in to town this weekend to help Ryan Tubridy kick off the new series of The Late Late Show and it seems the two lads didn't restrict their bonding to the studio.
The controversial host of Good Morning Britain has been documenting his brief stay in Dublin on Twitter and posted a pic of the pair enjoying a pint of the black stuff at Mary Mac's pub in Ballsbridge.

Before that, Piers lined his stomach at the delectable Forest Avenue on Sussex Terrace...
Sensational meal @ForestAveDub in Dublin last night. Seriously good food (have the tasting menu..it’s amazing) cooked by John Wyer & his team. Thanks to John & his wife Sandy for a wonderful experience, and to @KarlBrophy who paid for it all.. pic.twitter.com/urmtUF5HgF

He also posed for breakfast snap over at the Dylan Hotel...

He certainly seems to have made the most of his stay and even met some Irish sporting legends. It now appears he's gone back across the water which might be just as well. We're not sure Dublin could handle more than two days of Piers Morgan.
