Livin Dublin: Five Properties In Ashtown To Check Out If You're A First-Time Buyer

If you have tried to get onto the property ladder before, you know that it's in no way an easy process. It's probably one of the biggest milestones in someone's life, after all. But, here are some properties in Ashtown for you to consider.

So, a little guidance would probably make the world of difference.

Well, we have once again teamed up with AIB to bring you our Livin Dublin series, which will see us highlight different areas around Dublin and help you explore your options as a first-time buyer.

This time, we decided to take a look at the North Dublin neighbourhood of Ashtown, located just north of the Phoenix Park between Blanchardstown and Cabra.

Our friends at Perfect Property have selected five properties in Ashtown that might be of interest to anyone looking to get themselves onto the property ladder:

1. 14 Martin Savage Park Ashtown, Ashtown, Dublin 15 (€350,000)

This three-bedroom family home, which occupies an area of approximately 85 sq.m./915 sq.ft., is located in a quaint little residential area just off the Navan Road and beside Rathborne Village.

On the ground floor, there is a hallway which leads you to a living room, which has a solid timber floor and an open fireplace. There's also a dining area with an extended kitchen and a sliding door that provides access to the sunny west facing back garden.
