5 Places In Dublin To Watch The McGregor Fight Tomorrow Night


The highly anticipated fight between Conor “The Notorious” McGregor and Floyd “Money” Mayweather is the talk of Ireland. Seriously.

There has been a certain buzz in the country in the weeks leading up to the fight taking place in the T-Mobile arena in Las Vegas.

Now with just two days to go, if you haven’t already sorted out where you’re going to watch the sure to be record-breaking event, then boy are you in luck.

Here are five places to catch Saturday’s ‘Money Fight’. 

1. Vue Cinema, Liffey Valley

If you fancy watching the match in the luxury of a cinema (for the cinema food alone!) then Vue Cinema in Liffey Valley is the place to be.

They are showing the match live in 3 of their screens from 11:45pm and there are still a number of tickets left. Tickets are priced at €20 for adults and €17.50 for Students and Seniors. You can book your tickets online here

It is a treat for any cinema fans out there.

2. The Wright Venue, Swords

The Wright Venue in Swords is usually a hot spot for a big night out of dancing and drinking. But this Saturday night they’re going to be streaming the big fight for fans to see.

There are a limited number of tickets left priced at €15 with doors opening from 10pm. You can book your tickets here

3. Sin Nightclub, Temple Bar

If you plan to stay within Dublin city centre then you can catch the massive fight in Sin Nightclub in Temple Bar. The doors open from 10pm and there will be music until the match begins if you fancy a dance or two. 

Some tickets are left for €20 so best to book them in advance here to guarantee entry on the night.

4. Tamango Nightclub, Portmarnock

If you’re on the north side of the city you can hit Tamango Nightclub where they will be showing the McGregor VS Mayweather fight for just under €14.

5. Finally…watch it in the comfort of your home

If you don’t want to head out and hit the town why not order the pay-per-view event for your home.

You can throw a massive party with your friends and even order a takeaway if you get the munchies through the night.

You’re in luck if you’re a Sky or Virgin Media customer as you can book the Sky Sports Box Office event with them for €24.95.
