This Galway Pub Has Started Doing Some Intriguing Alcohol-Infused Burgers

Just when you thought you had tried everything, along comes something that completely changes the game…

An Púcán in Galway have been messing around in the kitchen over the past few days, infusing their beef burgers with some interesting spirit and mixer combinations.

So far they have tested the following burger and booze combos:

Beefeater Gin and tonic

Smirnoff Ice with Guinness

Jameson and ginger

Now they’re not on the menu just yet, but we’d be verrrrry interested in trying them once they are!
