Sometimes you just look at someone’s house and think to yourself, “you lucky fecker“.
That exact envious thought is what’s going through our head as we look at St Ann’s in Malahide.
Just look at all the fancy-sounding stuff it comes with: a Scavolini kitchen, French oak wide plank flooring and Italian porcelain tiling, Italian Crema Marfil marble tiling in hall, a west facing rear garden complete with water feature designed by the award-winning Jane McCorkell, and an outside gym.
We don’t even know what half that shit means, so you know it’s good. See for yourself…
Of course, the good stuff don’t come cheap, which is why this gaff will set back a cool €1.6 million.
This is why we can’t have nice things.
