Now that’s teamwork.
Last night, Damien Dempsey played his third sold out Vicar St gig marking the 18th anniversary of the singer’s first solo album, They Don’t Teach This Shit in School.
Videos circulating online show the crowd worshipping “at the church of Damo” with amazing footage of concert-goer Graham Merrigan crowd-surfing in his wheelchair doing the rounds on Twitter.
Numerous users have shared videos of the incredible moment, with journalist Phillip O’ Connor writing:
‘When I grow up, I want to be this utter f**king legend – the only man I know who uses his wheelchair as a weapon of fun!’
