Earlier this week it was announced that Phase 4 of the Government's reopening plan has been pushed out by three weeks, meaning that pubs cannot open on Monday 20 July as originally planned. Currently, only pubs that are serving 'substantial meals' worth at least €9 can open, and patrons may only stay for 105 minutes at a time.
