Dublin pub 57 The Headline has shared some of the most frustrating customer 'tricks' for trying to get around the Covid 19 hospitality restrictions. Earlier this week it was announced that Phase 4 of the Government's reopening plan has been pushed out by three weeks, meaning that pubs cannot open on Monday 20 July as originally planned. Currently, only pubs that are serving 'substantial meals' worth at least €9 can open, and patrons may only stay for 105 minutes at a time.
