It’s Official – The Rolling Stones Are Coming To Croke Park

Rumours abounded that the Rolling Stones would be returning to our shores this year, and it's finally been confirmed. 

The rockers will play Croke Park on May 17 in what will be their first Irish gig in eleven years. 

The Dublin concert is part two of their No Filter European tour, which also includes dates across the UK, Germany, France, Poland and the Czech Republic. 

During part one of the tour, the band apologised for not travelling to the UK and Ireland due to a "lack of available venues because of sporting fixtures".

Promoters have applied to Dublin City Council for a licence for the gig, which will be the fourth one at the stadium this year. 

Taylor Swift will take to the stage on June 15 and 16, while Michael Buble is set to perform on July 7. 

Tickets for the Rolling Stones will go on sale Friday March 23.
