The Parnell Heritage is a fun, friendly pub, with one of the biggest rooftop bars in the city. The servers are deadly and the atmosphere is cool and super comfortable.
It's a very different feel on the upper floors than the distinctly pub feeling downstairs, so whatever you're looking for, they've got it.
