A Stunning Little Brunch Spot Right On Stephen’s Green

seank

It’s Saturday and you wanna go for brunch.

But you’re having trouble picking a spot unanimously with your friends, everyone’s being a bit iffy about it, so let us decide for you: today you’re going to Hatch and Sons

Here’s why.

Hatch 1

The homey restaurant boasts a wealth of scrumptious brunch options, such as their double baked eggs (with brown soda bread, with bacons, sausage and roast tomato), a variety of incredible blaas like their spiced beef option (with Coolea, onion relish and rapeseed mayo), and a sumptuous cheese board (comprised of Coolea, St Gall, Fivemiletown, chutney and crackers).

The menu is far more extensive than that though, and you can find the full thing here.

Our personal favourite has to be the breakfast blaa (which made our ultimate brunch to do list) – that Waterford bread is eye-rollingly good.

Take a look at what they’ve got to offer below.
