Sometimes, food hybrids can be a thing of beauty – like the cronut, for example.
Other times, they’re just plain wrong.
The latest ‘innovation’ is a combination of two of our favourite things – burgers and dumplings.
The Momo Burger, created by the Chinese Club in Brooklyn, uses chicken dumplings instead of a regular patty in a burger.
According to Mashable, the dumplings are accompanied by cheese, spicy mayonnaise and lettuce, and sandwiched between two buns.
Would two things that are so amazing separately taste even better together?
