The five-time winning All-Ireland man has become so well-known around the globe, that his face has been plastered on a poster in India no less.
The 25-year-old from Castleknock was taken aback when his image was used to promote a doctor's work for "joint pain and sports injury".
Dr. Vivek S. Patil felt that Kilkenny's image was perfect for the billboard as he also promotes "keyhole and orthopedic surgery."
