Several units of Dublin Fire Brigade are fighting a major gorse fire this afternoon.
The team revealed on Twitter that the blaze is raging at the Lead Mines in the Dublin Mountains and it is expected that it will take several hours to extinguish.

The Lead Mines fire is one of several that Dublin Fire Brigade have been working on today, with several other smaller fires taking place around the area.
