Were you ever in this restaurant?
It’s biggest hidden secret was discovered last night all because of a fire.
Dublin Fire Brigade responded to an emergency call on Thursday night as smoke was seen coming from Silks Restaurant in Malahide.
Upon entering the building, however, firefighters came across a cannabis grow house inside.

Gardaí confirmed that they were called to the scene of a fire at the Chinese food establishment on Thursday just after half 7 in the evening.
Once the fire had been dealt with, cannabis plants were found in what Gardaí believe to be a ‘grow house’.
A man in his 50s was arrested and investigations are currently ongoing.
Silks Chinese had gotten the reputation as one of Dublin’s best chinese restaurants with its plentiful menu.
It has also won multiple awards.
