Ed Sheeran Will Be Making A Home & Away Guest Appearance On RTÉ2 Tonight

  We heard a while back that this was gonna happen, but now it has finally come to fruition. Everyone's favourite redhead is heading to Summer Bay for a very special episode of Home & Away this evening on RTÉ2. Sheeran will play Teddy (which as we all know is a funny way of saying Ed), one of the children Marilyn used to nanny in the UK, who's come to visit Australia... spoiler alert, he turns out to be Ed Sheeran.

Alec Snow, who plays Matt Page on the soap opera, said,

It was an awesome experience filming with Ed because he seemed like a really down-to-earth, nice guy that genuinely wanted to be there. It was funny seeing how star-struck everyone both on and off set was. It was quite entertaining seeing the effect he had on everyone around him.

So he really is the top guy we all thought he was. The episode will contain a very special performance for the Summer Bay audience by the pop star. Catch Home & Away at 6.30pm at RTÉ2.
