Please, for the love of all the Gods, wrap up warm today. This morning is freezing and icy and this evening co)uld see even MORE snow on the way in Dublin. 

Met Eireann predict a “cold and frosty this morning with sunny spells and scattered showers, and icy patches on untreated surfaces with a slight risk of a few isolated sleet or snow showers, mainly on high ground. 

Winds will be “fresh” (aka cold AF) and while the evening will dry off a little – just in time for your colleague to convince you that Dry January is over – outbreaks of rain and drizzle will develop. 

There’s also the possibility of snow or sleet making an appearance as the night goes on, and temperatures will be dropping to just 1 degree

Hmm. Suddenly a movie night in our pjs sounds mighty tempting…
