Loose Horses Are Causing Problems For Drivers In North Dublin This Morning

Several loose horses are causing problems for drivers in north Dublin this morning. 

A number of the animals have been spotted on a route between Malahide and Portmarnock, Dublin Live reports. 

Elsewhere in Dublin, emergency services are working to fix broken traffic lights at the Kill Lane junction on the Stillorgan Road. 

It's busy on the Botanic Road in Glasnevin with delays continuing to Doyle's Corner on the Phibsborough Road. 

There are more delays along the North Quays from Ormond Quay to Bachelor's Walk, according to AA Roadwatch.
