Just as the news comes that there have been more arrests in April for driving under the influence than any single month in the past five years, a motorcyclist has been caught by Gardai for dangerous behaviour.

The driver was pulled over in the Chapelzoid area of the city after he was spotted doing 195 km/h. Jaysus.

Not only was the motorcyclist excessively speeding, there was also traces of cocaine and cannabis found in their system.

The driver also had no driving license, or insurance.
