PIC: Something Incredibly Embarrassing Was Found In Leinster House Toilet

So, unless you've been living under a rock, you'll understand that today is Budget Day - where the whole country is awaiting the announcement of where our country's money is going...

...and how much cigarettes, alcohol and petrol are going up. 

Irish Times political correspondent Fiach Kelly was one of the first on the scene, and while he was freshening up for a big day in Irish politics, he made a remarkable discovery in the WC of Leinster House, shortly before the announcement.
