…and how much cigarettes, alcohol and petrol are going up.
Irish Times political correspondent Fiach Kelly was one of the first on the scene, and while he was freshening up for a big day in Irish politics, he made a remarkable discovery in the WC of Leinster House, shortly before the announcement.
