All of us know too well the absolute state of the Dublin housing market – but sometimes you hear of a rental ad that really puts it into perspective how utterly appalling it is.
Brought to our attention by keen-eyed Lovin Dublin reader Joy Reis, this by-all-means lovely apartment to let on Leeson Street is advertising a shared room to be occupied by two tenants – paying €900 each.

Yep, that’s €900. For half a room.
And yes, while the location is central and the home is lovely – we still think this is a bit far-fetched.
