PICS: This Section Of The Royal Canal In Phibsborough Is Absolutely Filthy Right Now

Well this doesn't make for a pleasant sight.

A section of the Royal Canal in Phibsborough is filthy right now, as large clumps of algae have built up in the waterway over the last few weeks.

Matters have been worse by the fact rubbish has been thrown on top of the thick vegetation, with several bottles and cans visible on the surface.
