Here’s one for the health nerds: Roz Purcell has opened up a pop-up shop to bring to life the recipes from her new cookbook, Natural Born Feeder: Whole Foods, Whole Life.
The pop-up is located at 140 Lower Baggot Street (a few doors down from Xico and Toners) and is only open for three days (until Friday), so if you want to get involved, you best do it fast.
Here’s how it’s looking:

Stacks of the book are piled up on shelves around the place, being sold at €25 a pop – Roz herself is happy to sign them, seeming genuinely chuffed that people have come out of their way to check out her business endeavour.
The menu has all the usual treats you would imagine, but with a price tag you would not – with almost everything being under a fiver.

All proceeds from sales at the shop are being donated to The Capuchin Day Centre for Homeless People which provides food, amongst other facilities, to hundreds of homeless people in Dublin every day.
Sound.
