This 5km Inflatable Obstacle Course Is In Dublin All Weekend

Irish people have a bit of an obsession with incredibly mucky obstacle courses right now, but how do you feel about bouncy ones?

The Wild Air Run is a 5k inflatable obstacle course that's visiting Dublin and Cork over the summer (with events in Galway and Kilkenny yet to be confirmed), and it's set to do that rare thing of satisfying your adult need for exercise, as well as your inner child's love of blow-up castles.

Made up of 10 springy obstacles, the course is available to all fitness levels and everyone from 7 and up.

You won't be timed on this race, so you don't have to worry about that, but you can still race your mates to the finish line. And if you have kids in tow, there are shortcuts they can exploit to beat the grown-ups (or vice versa if you're just a bad person).

Right before you reach the finish line you'll get to have a go on the longest slide in Europe, and spectators can watch you attempt it from the Chill Zone seating area.

The run isn't a once off either, you'll have plenty of opportunities to complete it at Cabinteely Park on July 1-3, Malahide Castle on July 22-24, and at Marlay Park on August 12-17.
