The Food Safety Authority of Ireland (FSAI) have just recalled a batch of White Rabbit Creamy Candy treats as they’ve been mislabeled as not containing any milk products, when it is believed that the candy does so.

According to the FSAI:
”Interlink Direct Ltd. is recalling one batch of White Rabbit Creamy Candy from consumers. The product contains milk, but this has not been emphasised on the ingredients list of this batch. This may make the affected batch unsafe for consumers who are allergic to or intolerant of milk or its constituents.”
”A small number of the implicated batch has been supplied to Ireland.”
The affected product is being described as:
- White Rabbit Creamy Candy
- Best before date: 21.02.2018
- Pack size: 180g
Those of you who aren’t lactose intolerant shouldn’t have an issue with the batch, but those of you who are, should resist the urge to chow down.
