A portfolio including three Dublin shopping centres has just recently gone on sale, with the price tag of a cool €43 million.
The three centres in question are The Mill in Clondalkin, Bloomfield, Dun Laoghaire and Kilbarrack in Donaghmede as well as a three-storey office building at Lock Rock, Clondalkin.
The office space is part of the Mill property and is currently in use of the Department of Social Protection.
All centres are expected to garner major interest, both domestically and internationally.
The rental income on the portfolio of properties is €3 million per year, with a new lease contract currently under negotiation set to provide a minimum of 11 years rental income.
According to the Irish Times, the ‘Project Anchor’ portfolio is being put on the market by joint selling agents JLL and HWBC.
