katedemolder

Kildare man Trevor Deely was last seen walking home from a work Christmas party, in Dublin City Centre, in the early hours of December 8, 2000.

New CCTV footage has just been released by the Garda Press Office, showing a man, dressed in black, acting suspiciously on the night of Mr Trevor Deely’s disappearance. Deely was last recorded outside the rear entrance of Bank of Ireland Asset Management offices on Wilton Terrace, Dublin 2.

The new development, which came about as a result of technological advances in the examination of CCTV footage, has been described by Gardaí as ‘significant’.

According to RTÉ, a €100,000 reward is being offered for information on Deely’s disappearance, as part of a renewed appeal.

Detectives at Pearse Street Garda Station are hoping that such developments paired with this renewed appeal will lead to a breakthrough and give them some long-awaited answers.
