Gardaí are investigating after a woman suffered horrific facial injuries in a vicious city centre attack, The Herald reports.
The attack occurred on Golden Lane in daylight hours at around 7.20pm yesterday evening. The 18-year-old victim was slashed in the face during the incident.
A man (20) and a girl (17) have been arrested in relation to the attack are were last night being questioned by Gardaí.
Investigations are ongoing.
