Spotted by the guys from City Kayaking, what we have here is a true gesture of love. 

A rose with a Durex condom tied around it <3 cute. 

“River finds… a token of pure romanticism retrieved from the Liffey…”

Our main concern? That a thorn from the rose may have pierced the condom… best avoid these if you see one floating about. 

Better safe than sorry.
