Irish mammies get a lot of love, but let’s not forget our beloved grannies – they’re equally as gas.

Take this example from Róisín McMahon, for instance, who posted this picture in Facebook group ‘Oh my god what a complete Aisling‘. 

When making a car journey with her grandmother to the Big Shmoke, Róisín made this shocking, and hilarious, discovery. 

Driving to Dublin with Grenneh at around 20 miles an hour (refuses to drive on the motorway) and she hands me her phone to ring memmeh so I can tell her we are “making great time”. A Nokia blue tacked into an iPhone case.
