Every week, we focus on some of Dublin’s top offices and this time around we’re looking at Workday on Arran Quay.
Having recently been voted Ireland’s Best Workplace by the Great Places to Work (GPTW) Institute, we took a look inside Workday’s Dublin offices to see how they managed to pick up the award.
Workday, a company that’s all about putting people at the centre of enterprise software, wants their team to bring passion to the job, believing that by making their workplace fun its staff will bring some of that energy into their efforts. In fact, they believe in it so much one of their core values is fun.
That’s an office philosophy we can totally get behind.
How do they keep those fun levels up, you ask? These features certainly help:
- Fitness and wellness areas
- Rooftop garden
- Free fruit, sweets and snacks
- Xbox, table tennis, pool table
- 6th floor ‘Speir’, featuring 360 views of Dublin and dynamic wall screens
- Cycling and full individual shower facilities
- Barber, masseuse, dentist, nail bar visits
Aaaand now we’re jealous.
Workday has experienced sustained growth over the past three years with the current headcount sitting at more than 700 people.
If you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you’ll love Workday Dublin. Check out Workday’s career opportunities HERE.
Workday was founded on a disruptive idea: to put people at the centre of enterprise software.
Now, over a decade later, we still deliver on that idea every day.
