While many might percolate their own in the morning and thermos it, sometimes nothing beats a nice, friendly place to sit down and enjoy a hot drink, especially if you’ve to be active in the city before 8am.

Not all great coffee houses open before 8am however and going on a hunt in the early hours is likely to leave you stressed and sapped of energy: not an ideal beginning to the day.
