Unless you live in Mount Merrion, you’d probably never veer off the main road to spend time here. But with the opening of Union, this may be about to change.
People familiar with the area will remember Kiely’s, which losts its magic during the boom and quickly became run down and tired. Well the folks from Press Up Group (behind The Dean, Angelinas and 20 other Dublin venues) have swooped in and given the place a massive overhaul.
We’ll give them a couple of months to get up and running before we review it in full but from the pictures this looks like a serious new spot for foodies in South Dublin.
