Any fans of vegan dining in Dublin may already be familiar with Sova Food Vegan Butcher...

Having previously popped up in Martcade in Rathmines, and then at Yoga Hub's Happy Food Cafe, the Sova crew have been on the hunt for a permanent home since last summer.

After months of searching, the lads have found the perfect spot on Pleasants Street just off Camden Street, perched right beside Meet Me In The Morning.

The new restaurant has seating for 40+ people, and will operate on a BYOB basis with a small corkage fee for diners who don't eat from the set menu.

A juice bar will be opening within the restaurant in the coming weeks too, serving organic wheatgrass shots and plenty of other vitamin hits.

Oh and did we mention that the food is absolutely incredible?

Just take a look at these sample menus for dinner and brunch...

Sova Food Vegan Butcher will open tomorrow evening from 5pm - 10pm for a soft launch until the end of the week, closing at the earlier time of 8pm on Sunday.

From next week the opening hours will operate as below.

Mon - Tues: CLOSED
Wed - Sat: 12pm - 10pm
Sunday: 12pm - 8pm

See y'all there!
