Ah, Summer.
The dreamiest of seasons.
We’re big fans of the summertime here in Lovin Dublin, and so we’ve teamed up with Boots to sort you guys out and act as a check list for every summer essential you could possibly need.

We were lucky enough to be able to chat to the gorgeous Aimee Connolly who guided us in the way of dreamy summer looks – starting with how to create the perfect daytime look.
To start off, Aimee applied Soltan BB Face Cream in Light / Medium to the face while she then mixed No.7 Skin Illuminator with Beautifully Matte Foundation in Deeply Beige together and blended onto the face to allow for a glowing complexion.
The face is then lightly dusted with No.7 Perfect Light Loose Powder in Fair to mattify the oily spots. To brighten up the skin, No.7 Instant Radiance Under Eye Concealer is applied generously under the eyes as a little pick-me-up.
To add some colour to the face, Vita Liberata Trystal Minerals Bronzer was swept over the tops of cheeks, forehead and chin for a natural look while No.7 Instant Radiance Highlighter was applied lightly to tips of cheekbones in a triangular shape to highlight cheekbones.
Next was blush, and No.7 Blusher in Damson Mist was applied to the cheekbones in a circular motion. To add definition to the eyebrows, No.7 Beautiful Eyebrow Kit in Light was applied, used to line and then fill in the brows.
Acting as the perfect double-up, Vita Liberata Trystal Minerals Bronzer was used as eyeshadow – pressed onto the centre of the eyelids and blended all around.
A generous coat of mascara was swept onto lower and upper lash lines using No.7 Lash Impact Waterproof Mascara in Black.
Finally, upper and lower lips were lined with No.7 Precision Lip Pencil in Soft Blush and finally coated with a slick of No.7 Moisture Drench Lipstick in Honey Bloom.
