Christmas can be an intense time on our bodies. Whether it’s slaving in the kitchen, feasting on what seems like acres of Christmas cake, or being bold and polishing off the final few bottles of wine, our bodies go through quite a bit and sometimes the thought of prepping another turkey sandwich is just too much.

3. Enchiladas Verdes, Azteca
Azteca boasts high quality, authentic, healthy Mexican food which nobody can refuse. Do yourself a favour and get some greens in.
4. Vegan hotpot, Staple Foods
Something to warm the cockles after a hefty few days of carnivorism.
Staple Foods’ hotpot consists of delicious roast squash, carrot, aubergine and red peppers in a mild red curry sauce with a side of steamed rice. Also available with a side of chicken, for those of you not quite finished with your meat sweats.
5. Sushi boat, Tani
Tani is arguably best known for their oceanic serving methods, and this dreamboat (sorry) isn’t hard to see why.
Perfect to share and to scoff alone, this vessel covers you for everything this festive period, as well as keeping you trim for 2016.
6. Fish & Chips, The Fryery
The Fryery boast some of the best fish and chips in the capital.
A perfect meal combination for those keen to fall asleep watching Love Actually, and are completely over turkey and stuffing.
7. Wagon Wheel, Mizzoni’s Pizza
Enough tomato sauce and bread to fill the masses that will inevitably be in your house over Christmas. Mizzoni’s are kings of the Dublin pizza world, with deadly meal deals in every store – you’d be mad not to.
