Well, if you purchased these Primark own brand ‘Novelty Cat Children’s Leggings’, you are being asked to send them back right away, as the garment didn’t seem to meet the retailer’s safety standards.
The item number on the leggings is 86503.

The bow attachment on the leggings, as it happens, can come loose from the leggings themselves, and therefore poses as a choking hazard.
A spokesperson for the brand said said:
”Through our ongoing due-diligence programme it has come to our attention that the Novelty Cat Legging detailed above does not meet the Primark usual high standards for safety. We have found a potential issue with the security of the bow attachment within the product that may become detached and present a potential choking hazard. With the safety of our customers at the forefront of our minds we are inviting you to return this item for a full refund. If you have purchased this product then please return it to any Primark store where you will be offered a full refund. You will not be required to provide proof of purchase.”
The product was sold in stores between November 8, 2016 and February 22, 2017.
