Fear not. You're far from the only thing to be turning 25 this year – just take the below, for example.

1. The World Wide Web

Hard to imagine life without it now isn't it? 

The World Wide Web was invented by English scientist Tim Berners-Lee in 1989. He wrote the first web browser in 1990 while employed in Switzerland, then unveiled and open it up to the public in 1991, much to the rejoice of future Netflix-hounds everywhere.

2. Erik Per Sullivan

Otherwise known as Dewey from Malcolm In The Middle. He doesn't seem to be too busy at the minute, maybe he'd have a joint party with you.

3. Nirvana's Nevermind

And on the same day as the Red Hot Chili Peppers released Blood Sugar Sex Magik, would you believe.
