The Locals are running a competition for eight tickets to Electric Picnic this weekend to help raise funds for Temple Street Children’s Hospital.
The Locals, who organise markets, festivals, screenings, parties, pop ups, and banquets, are once again holding a competition to help support the children’s hospital, having managed to raise over €4000 last year and send eight lucky people to Electric Picnic in the process.
John Mahon of The Locals said:
I had a kid myself a few weeks back and have seen first hand what a great place Temple Street is, so it has a whole new resonance for me and I want to raise as much money as I can for them.
To enter, you have four options: donate €5 and you’re in the draw, donate €10 and double your chances, donate €20 and quintuple your chances, or donate €50 and have 10 times the chance.
All the money raised from the competition will go straight to Temple Street Children’s Hospital.
The competition will run until midnight on Wednesday September 2 with the winners being announced the following morning.
