The Dublin renting market is cutthroat at the minute, with rents higher than ever and landlords reigning as royalty – we thought we’d do some searching into finding good homes for good people for good value.

You might not be able to afford these places on your own. But team up with a mate or two, and it all gets a bit easier. Check ’em out…
1. 22 John Dillon St, Christchurch, Dublin 8 – €1,700
This beautiful terraced, red brick, two bed house has just recently been refurbished and is to let in the heart of the city’s centre. Located on John Dillon Street, a quiet street parallel to Patrick Street and Francis Street.
