It happens but once in a generation.
And when it does, it causes oceans to recede, mountains to shift, volcanoes to erupt, and birds to all fly off ledges and stuff at the same time like you see in movies.
Joe Donnelly – one of the flagship presenters on the wonderful TXFM – has put together an absolutely epic Spotify playlist made up of the best tunes from every Now That’s What I Call Music album between the original in 1983 to the upcoming Now 90, which will be released later this month.
And once you’ve listened to it, no playlist will ever be the same again.
It’s got pop, it’s got rock, it’s got everything else from hip-hop to novelty tunes, it’s got every melody that’s made us hum in the last 32 years, and it’s got nostalgia by the bucketload. And, as Donnelly says in his TXFM blog post, it’s geared towards listeners of that particular station – which means you’re guaranteed a proper whack of quality at every turn.
Joe Donnelly of TXFM, you truly are a hero of our time.
