Watch This Irish Farmer Use A Drone To Herd Sheep

We’ve been seeing videos from drones popping up all over the place over the last year.

But while most videos are created by hobbyists, or used for promotional and marketing purposes, one enterprising Irish farmer has started using his drone to… herd sheep. The drone is called Shep, and judging from the video it’s a highly efficient way to do the job.

Given that farmers in Australia use helicopters to herd cattle in large fields, this seems an appropriately scaled down version for our small island…
