Most of us love to head out for brunch at the weekend which is always a good shout.

But with this simple recipe you can make something just as tasty at home, and for half the price.

What I love about this dish is that it only takes about fifteen minutes from start to finish and the flavours are so big, tasty and unique.

The techniques are also super simple so you'll be able to wow all your mates with little effort.

Give it a whirl...

Instructions

Step 1

Spend a little extra getting some good quality chorizo, avocado and eggs. Spending more will make all the difference in this simple dish.

Step 2

Dice the potatoes into small, even pieces and start frying them in some olive oil over a gentle heat.

Step 3

After about four or five minutes of cooking the potatoes they'll start to brown up. Add in the chopped chorizo, garlic and green chili. You'll want to cook them for another four or five minutes – very gently, making sure not to burn the garlic.
