Anyone who has been house-hunting in Dublin recently can tell you it’s a complete nightmare – as this picture perfectly illustrates.

A house was recently available for rent in Tallaght, and local Andy Stardust was near the house when prospective tenants were arriving to check out the property. The queues he witnessed were enormous.
