Parking rules are there for a reason but a clamping incident in Dublin last night has left people a little bit annoyed.
Economics lecturer Dr. Tom O’Connor posted a photo to Twitter at 11pm last night which depicts a van used by homeless charity Inner City Helping Homeless with a clamp on its front wheel.
Whoever did this tonight is bereft of humanity. You’re a total disgrace! A homeless van needed for 11pm is clamped. Shameful. pic.twitter.com/IvhT0snW4C

Needless to say, a lot of the reaction wasn’t positive.
This is disgusting.. Did they know it’s a cab to help the homeless?

Maybe it’s an anti theft device? Hard to imagine anyone could be so cruel?

This is not done because the vehicle is causing an obstruction, solely for profit, shameless.
